Pinnacle Treatment Centers in the United States seeks an Executive Director to oversee daily operations of a growing treatment facility, ensuring compliance, quality care and strategic growth. You will lead clinical, administrative, and support teams, manage HR, finance, and admissions, and build partnerships with community resources while traveling up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years' experience in management.
• Administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorder or mental health treatment facility.
• Ability to travel up to 25% including overnights, local events and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with CARF, state and county standards and confidentiality regulations.
• Develop, implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Plan and manage managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the organization.
• Participate in the Performance Improvement Plan for patient care and staff performance.
• Coordinate with community resources and maintain external partnerships.
• Supervise all staff and ensure credentialing and documentation standards.
