Qualifications

• Eight+ years of dynamic experience in planning, designing and implementing company-wide initiatives.
• Three years of people management experience.
• Knowledge of standards, methodologies and frameworks for BPM and change management.

Responsibilities

• Leads business transformation using people, processes and technology.
• Manages teams in business planning and analysis of dependencies and redundancies.
• Oversees process analysis, organizational design and cost/benefit alignment of tech solutions.
• Drives development of compelling business cases and mitigates risks.
