Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, operations, or operational excellence.
• Experience leading enterprise or business-level quality transformation.
• Experience partnering with leaders to improve customer service, reliability, and performance.
• Proven ability to influence across a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale DuPont’s global manufacturing quality strategy across businesses and sites.
• Partner with leaders to improve end-to-end SQDIP performance.
• Develop and deploy global quality standards, toolkits, playbooks, training, and communities of practice.
• Leverage AI to develop/improve quality management approaches.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and transformation initiatives.
• Establish quality metrics and data-driven decision making from plant floor to leadership.
• Integrate quality practices into the DuPont Business System.
• Build capability by coaching and developing talent across the organization.
