Job summary

DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to develop and maintain QA policies aligned with ITIL standards. You will oversee QA across Technology, tailor standards to corporate needs, and implement a fit-for-purpose model that improves reliability in engineering and IT delivery.

The role involves leading incidents, changing management, and coordinating release plans with engineering, operations, PMO, and other stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes across services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Technology.
• 2-3 years leading teams of Technology professionals, preferred.
• Experience in ITIL-driven environments and ITIL Foundations certification preferred.
• Experience using ITSM workflow systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Service Manager, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains quality control policies, procedures and practices in accordance with ITIL best practices across Technology and IT delivery.
• Oversees Quality Assurance and evaluates industry standard policies, programs and processes.
• Tailors standards to corporate requirements for quality assurance across Technology.
• Implements fit-for-purpose quality assurance model.
• Leads Change Management activities and coordinates release schedules with stakeholders.
• Develops KPI/SLA measurements and reporting for IT delivery.
• Conducts management meetings to establish policies and responsibilities for QA objectives.
• Recommends new QA products to improve technology delivery.
