Job summary

Ryobi Die Casting (USA), Inc. seeks a quality-focused professional to lead customer and supplier quality functions.

The role involves data collection, technical investigations, and driving continuous improvement across die casting, machining, and finishing processes at the Shelbyville plant and at customer sites. You will train field quality reps, conduct 8D/ CAR / PAR reporting, and present findings to customers.

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor’s degree, or an Associate’s +1 year experience, or 3 years of work experience.
• Experience with quality systems and problem solving is expected.
• Ability to implement 8D, CAR, and PAR with structured follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Address product issues at the plant and at customer sites.
• Monitor and analyze customer rejects and complaints; share data internally.
• Maintain trusted customer partnerships through proactive communication.
• Train Ryobi Quality Representatives in the field as needed.
• Develop and lead quality methods and best practices across RDC operations.
