Job summary

Ryobi Die Casting (USA), Inc. seeks a Lead Engineer, Quality to direct customer and supplier quality functions across die casting, machining and finishing operations. You will build partnerships with customers, conduct technical investigations and drive continuous improvement at on-site and customer locations.

The role emphasizes training, data-driven problem solving and the management of 8D, CAR, and PAR processes with the RDC team, while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one of the following: Technical Bachelor's degree; Technical Associate's degree plus 1 year of work experience; 3 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct customer and supplier quality functions and collect data from internal and external partners.
• Monitor customer rejects and complaints; compile and distribute data internally.
• Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with customers through regular communication and support.
• Train and mentor Ryobi Quality Representatives in the field as assigned.
• Assist with process and quality training for RDC personnel.
• Conduct and track progress of 8D, CAR, and PAR reports.
• Visit customer and supplier plants for on-site support and assessment.
