Job summary

Ryobi Die Casting (USA), Inc. is seeking a Quality Systems Auditor to develop, implement, and maintain our Quality Management System across manufacturing processes. You will conduct internal audits, drive PPAP/APQP documentation, and partner with teams to raise quality standards.

The role blends plant and office work and requires hands-on involvement in supplier development and training initiatives. The ideal candidate has a quality discipline background with ASQ-aligned knowledge, experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of quality experience, OR Associate's degree plus 4 years of experience, OR 6 years of equivalent field experience.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Experience in plant conditions, including exposure to noise, fumes, and temperature extremes.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and customer-specific requirements.
• Ability to work both in plant and office environments (~50/50).

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, maintain, and report on internal audits of manufacturing processes and products via Control Plan — then deliver findings to Executive Management.
• Submit PPAP packages per Customer Specific Requirements and maintain APQP documentation.
• Develop, generate, implement, and improve our Quality Management System.
• Facilitate Quality Focus Training initiatives and serve as an internal adviser for industry recognized standards.
• Work cross-functionally in the Advanced Product Quality Planning process for assigned programs.
• Assist Product Quality Engineers in Supplier Development activities.
• Participate in company MBO initiatives and manage Fast Response Log activities.
