Job summary

Ryobi Die Casting (USA), Inc. in Shelbyville, Indiana is seeking a quality professional to lead customer and supplier quality initiatives across die casting, machining, and finishing operations.

You will manage data collection, drive 8D, CAR and PAR processes, and train field representatives while supporting continuous improvement at the plant and with customers. The role emphasizes building trusted partnerships, presenting detailed reports to customers, and mentoring RDC staff to uphold

Qualifications

• Requires Technical degree or equivalent experience in quality fields.
• 3+ years of work experience in quality or related roles.
• Experience leading 8D, CAR and PAR activities and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct customer and supplier quality functions across die casting, machining and finishing operations.
• Monitor customer rejects and complaints; compile and share data internally.
• Develop and maintain trusted customer partnerships through regular communication and support.
• Train and mentor Ryobi Quality Representatives in the field.
• Lead on-site support visits to customer and supplier plants as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and safety compliance across RDC facilities.
