Job summary

Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing in Napoleon, OH is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our warehouse operation. The role focuses on quality checks, inventory accuracy, and documentation to ensure products meet customer requirements.

You will perform cycle counts, support WMS records and material traceability, and assist production teams while following FSMA and GMP requirements. Requires reliability and willingness to work varied hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and basic math.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities, work independently, follow direction, and collaborate effectively with others.
• Ability to recognize unsafe working conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when requested.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks to verify finished products meet customer requirements and maintain quality documentation.
• Prepare and maintain required production, processing, audit, and quality records.
• Complete cycle counts of work-in-process and finished products; investigate discrepancies and resolve variances.
• Perform essential WMS functions and use electronic tracking systems.
• Support customer service by responding to routine questions or escalating issues.
• Complete customer system audits; communicate weekly inventory shortages and set up new bills of materials.
• Identify required product stacking patterns and ensure teams understand quality criteria.
• Train and support new associates and assist production crews to maintain productivity.
• Participate in corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow FSMA, GMP, and audit standards; maintain safety.
