Job summary

FinishWorks is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Millersburg, OH team. This hands-on role ensures accurate receiving, storage, and shipment of products while maintaining inventory integrity and supporting customer satisfaction.

You will pick, pack, and ship orders, verify documents, perform cycle counts, and help with safety and housekeeping. The ideal candidate brings basic computer skills, strong math, the ability to read work instructions, and the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with proper equipment.
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Warehouse, shipping/receiving or inventory experience.
• Preferred: Manufacturing experience and forklift experience.
• Preferred: Hazardous materials handling and shipping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Receive incoming materials and ensure receipts are processed promptly.
• Assist with loading and unloading freight.
• Verify shipments against bills of lading and shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with cycle counts.
• Replenish warehouse stock and organize inventory locations.
• Monitor and communicate backorder status as needed.
• Support internal departments with inventory and shipping-related requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Cross-train and assist in other operational areas as business needs require.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
