You will document results and support the quality department, collaborating with other departments as needed. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Higher education in related fields, such as chemistry and mathematics preferred.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry and mathematics required.
• Must be able and willing to work a rotating 12-hour schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime, and callouts.

Responsibilities

• Follow plant safety policies and safe work practices.
• Deliver quality work in a timely fashion with minimal rework.
• Perform repetitive tasks accurately under strict timelines.
• Document test results exactly and accurately.
• Identify known patterns hidden in extraneous data as well as be able to tell when something is wrong or likely to go wrong.
• Interpret and follow instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Interact and communicate effectively with other employees.
• Work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
