Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Quality Control Technicians to help deliver top-quality concrete for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. You will perform routine testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete, interpret results, and ensure products meet established specifications.

We provide on-the-job training for entry-level candidates, and offer industry-method training with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training provided.
ACI certification is a plus or willingness to obtain it.
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Quality control/construction materials experience is a plus but not required.
Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete using industry-standard methods.
Interpret test results and compare to specifications and control limits.
Conduct visual inspections of concrete products for quality compliance.
Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
Deliver quality control training to production staff as directed by management.
Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses, and quality-related activities.
Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to improve QC processes.
