Training is provided, and the role supports production teams in troubleshooting quality issues while maintaining thorough test records.

Qualifikationen

• Entry-level candidates welcome; on-the-job training provided.
• ACI certification, or willingness to obtain it, is a plus.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in related field preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills emphasized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete using industry-standard methods.
• Interpret test results and compare them to specifications and control limits.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with production to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
• Deliver quality control training to production staff as directed.
• Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses, and activities.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulations to improve QA processes.
