  • May require alternating shifts due to business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform product testing on floor and lab using various equipment.
  • Conduct daily audits and prepare reports; recheck reworked parts for quality.
  • Provide QC training and write/update quality procedures and standards.
  • Support LEAN initiatives to reduce waste and improve processes.
  • Maintain calibration program and control plans; document data accurately.

This person will perform daily audits and prepare reports as needed. They will be responsible for rechecking reworked parts to ensure they meet quality standards. They will work closely with Team Leaders and Supervisors to provide Quality Control Training and direction, writing quality procedures and/or update current standards as required.
