Job summary

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-year experience in a distribution environment, preferably in continuous improvement, quality, or inventory control.
  • Analytical and research skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of TOPS and MARC; BMH/KBM knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to safely operate powered equipment (order picker, reach truck, forklift, pallet jack).
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities; adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

  • Research errors and write up error reports.
  • Identify root causes and implement corrective action.
  • Develop and implement quality reports with data analysis.
  • Perform stock checks as required.
  • Collaborate with facility departments to resolve mislabeled or mixed product.
  • Perform inventory audits and maintain accuracy via RF devices.
  • Identify trends in quality and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure reports are produced on schedule and shared with relevant teams.
  • Perform other duties/projects as required.

Identify and report trends in the facility’s quality and make recommendationsEnsure reports are produced according to schedule and shared with all appropriate functional areas.
