  • Engineering degree preferred; in lieu of degree, 15 years of experience considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, leading large projects and purchasing new equipment.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Tools, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis is preferred.
  • Experience with project management and proven history of driving and sustaining change.
  • Possess knowledge of SAP and MS Office package. Power BI & Power Apps is an added advantage.
