Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control professional in Greer, SC to support the Carolina SMA operation. The role reports to the Quality Control Manager and requires a strong work ethic and problem-solving drive to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities include lab testing, stockpile calculations, field tests, and collaboration with the sales team. This is a full-time, permanent position with weekend and possible overtime requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Driver's License with Clean MVR Required.
• Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
• Skilled in operating quality control lab equipment and testing materials.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications or similar.
• Ability to problem-solve and demonstrate critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lift 50lbs frequently.
• Basic repair of testing equipment.
• Compute stockpile quantities.
• Perform field tests.
• Promote team atmosphere at location and across the division.
• Work with the sales team as needed.
• May be called upon to perform other duties as directed by Managers.

Rogers Group is currently seeking a Quality Control supportingCarolina SMA, Greer, SC Upstate, SC. This position reports to the Quality Control Manager. The successful candidate will have strong work ethic, intuitive problem- solving skills and drive to meet the organization’s needs.

Job Details

• Wages start at $21.00, Starting wage will be higher with verifiable experience.
• Fulltime/Permanent
• Weekend work may be required and overtime.

Job Responsibilities
