Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking a Groundman for the Asphalt Plants in the Upstate, SC area to support Carolina SMA operations. The role involves safely operating and maintaining asphalt plant equipment, determining material quantities, and coordinating production with teams across nearby plants.
The position is full-time with day/night shifts and possible weekend work; starting wage is $21.00 per hour, with travel to surrounding plants required and reporting to the Area Plant Manager.

Rogers Group is currently seeking a Groundman for the Asphalt Plants position in the Upstate, SC, for our Carolina SMA operations, traveling to but not excluding Greer, Lyman, Gray Court, Gaffney, Anderson, reporting to Area Plant Manager. The successful candidate must be willing to travel, able to develop working relationships with others and vendors, responsible for safely operating and maintaining equipment with starting pay of $21 an hour.
