Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to supervise daily plant activities, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met. The role requires leadership of production staff, coordination with maintenance, and strict adherence to PPE policies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a supervisory role, with 5+ years in related heavy industry preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE per policy.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience; minimum 5 years preferred in heavy industry.
• Experience in aggregates facility or other heavy industry highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plant activities to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Direct and coordinate plant employees and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure safe operation of production equipment and routine inspections.
• Create weekly schedules to meet production needs and manage budgets.
• Lead safety initiatives and housekeeping efforts in the plant.
• Communicate and enforce union labor agreements where applicable.
