Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Quality Control Supervisor at the Metairie Agg & RMX Office in LA. You will supervise daily plant activities, oversee quality tests, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with maintenance to keep production on track. Strong leadership and 3–5 years in heavy industry are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in aggregates or heavy industry.
• Experience performing quality control tests and ensuring safety standards.
• Knowledge of PPE requirements and safety protocols in plant environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plant activities to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Direct and support employees; ensure timely, safe running of equipment.
• Create schedules, coordinate maintenance, and document test results.
• Lead housekeeping and safety initiatives; enforce union and company policies.
• Troubleshoot problems to minimise downtime and cost.
