Job summary

Amrize North America is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily plant QC, ensuring safety, quality and production targets are met. You will conduct QC tests and coordinate with maintenance, while leading a team of technicians.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in aggregates or heavy industry, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a preference for a Bachelor's degree. Amrize offers comprehensive benefits and an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years, minimum 5 years related supervisory experience in aggregates/heavy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily plant QC activities to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Perform QC tests per local/national standards.
• Direct daily activities of plant employees and ensure safety leadership.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production managers to minimize downtime.
• Prepare weekly production schedules and monitor equipment readiness.
