Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit is hiring a quality professional in California to supervise QC testing, review results in SAP, and ensure material releases meet quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a quality-related role and/or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience leading quality control activities within manufacturing, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or related production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality testing methods, documentation practices, and quality management systems.
  • Working experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems for recording and tracking quality data.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, investigate root causes, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, training, and collaboration skills across multiple departments.

What you´ll do

The salary range for this role is $85,000.00 and $112,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
