Job summary

Henkel in Minnesota seeks a product development professional to lead analysis and testing, document progress in LIM systems, and explore new technology opportunities. Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Fully manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress and results in the LIM systems
• Provide technical support to customer and analyze results after product releaseRecord, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing

• Observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling products
• Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations

• Actively participate in scientific publications and forums

What makes you a good fit

Education

• Ph.D in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years work experience in product development; or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science / related fields with a minimum of 5 years in product development; or B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Materials Science, or related fields with a minimum of 10 years of product development related experience.

Experience

• Deep understanding of heat transfer materials and thermal interface products.
• Broad based knowledge of polymer science, including polymer chemistry, structure property relationships, rheology, bulk and adhesive mechanics of soft materials.
• An understanding of the requirements of applications and assemblies in the electronics industry.

Thesalary range for this role is $105000.00 and $125000.00. This range represents thegood‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offerfor this role at the time of posting.In addition to base salary, thisposition may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, asapplicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package asdescribed above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as thecandidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
