Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Quality Assurance professional for its Adhesive Technologies unit. You will perform QC testing on materials, analyze results, and document findings to support manufacturing quality.

You will participate in investigations of complaints and non-conformances while ensuring a clean, compliant lab environment and driving continuous improvement across processes. Role emphasizes collaboration across functions, applying Six Sigma/DMAIC principles, and maintaining rigorous records.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Environmental Science, or related scientific discipline preferred, but not required. HSD required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control testing on incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyze, calculate, and accurately document test results while maintaining complete laboratory records.
  • Develop and execute laboratory testing methods, generate technical reports, and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Support quality investigations, including customer complaints, non-conformances, and corrective action activities.
  • Maintain retain samples, ensure laboratory organization, and uphold a clean and safe work environment.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in quality, compliance, and continuous improvement projects.

What you´ll do

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-2pm

3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10p-6a

What makes you a good fit
  • Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science,Environmental Science, or a related scientific discipline preferred, butnot required. HSD required.
  • Experience working in a quality laboratory,manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, quality coretools, root cause analysis, and incident investigation techniques.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologiessuch as Six Sigma and DMAIC.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements, riskassessment processes, HACCP principles, and environmental health andsafety standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, andorganizational skills with the ability to collaborate across multiplefunctions.

The salary range for this role is $44,700.00 - $46,800.00 This range reflects the good‑faith minimumand maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for thisposition at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms ofcompensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers acomprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation willdepend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
