Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of quality characteristics of raw, finished, cooked and packaged product.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and report deviations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality of product and processing environment, reporting deviations from quality standards.
• Adhere to safety, food safety, quality and legal compliance.
• Collect samples and measure product specs (weight, thickness).
• Set up and enter data into statistical process control software.
