Golden State Foods in Opelika, AL is seeking a full-time Quality Control Person on the 2nd shift to monitor product quality and the processing environment. Pay is $17.00 per hour with eligibility for perfect attendance; you'll follow procedures and report deviations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include measuring patty weight and temperature, sampling products, maintaining records, calibrating equipment, and using AppStats or similar software to enter

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of the quality characteristics of raw, finished, cooked, and packaged product.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to safety, food safety, quality and legal compliance.
• Monitor atmosphere readings and report deviations.
• Measure finished product temperature and packaging integrity.
• Enter data into AppStats or other SPC software.
• Calibrate equipment and tools as required.
• Document completed work and maintain quality records.
