Job summary

Personnel Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our second-shift QA team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in Brundidge, Alabama.

You will ensure food safety, product quality, regulatory compliance, and the development of Quality Assurance Technicians while partnering closely with Production and Sanitation. The role requires 3+ years of QA experience in food manufacturing, prior supervisory or team leadership experience, and knowledge of SQF,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience in food manufacturing.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMPs and food safety systems.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• HACCP, SQF Practitioner, or PCQI certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Quality Assurance Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, allergen, and food safety programs.
• Monitor production to verify product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support sanitation verification, environmental monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Review quality documentation and production records.
• Assist with customer, internal, and third-party audits.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a strong food safety culture.
