You lead staff, coordinate schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, inspect materials and processes, and work with Customer Service, Shipping, and Production to meet goals and maintain compliance with quality requirements.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate daily QC/RMA department activities, staffing, schedules, assignments, and workload priorities to meet production and quality goals.
• Lead, train, coach, evaluate, and develop QC/RMA personnel, including competency verification, safety procedures, quality standards, and equipment operation.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, quality, and company policies and procedures.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and finished-product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, job orders, and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes, operators, gauges, equipment, and other indicators to ensure compliance with established production and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage supplier nonconformance reports and monitor supplier corrective actions and quality improvement activities.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Shipping, Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality, RMA, production, and customer issues.
