Responsibilities

• Make requests to suppliers for returning defective products and obtaining an RMA.
• Process internal RMA paperwork and system work to log and monitor RMAs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ship defective products back to suppliers.
• Keep customers updated on RMA progress.
• Perform incoming inspections for parts as needed.
