The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in quality management within manufacturing, directing all processes from supplier agreements to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive quality experience in discrete manufacturing.
• Hands-on ownership of a Quality Management System.
• Direct experience with complaint resolution and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality from supplier to customer, ensuring standards are met.
• Drive the Quality Management System and dashboard metrics.
• Mentor inspectors, technicians, and supplier quality engineers.
