Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC in Stockton, CA is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily QC operations across all shifts and supervise warehouse products for QA. The role requires strong communication, initiative, and the ability to manage data-entry programs under the Office Manager.

Salary starts at $33.80 per hour, paid weekly, with a full-time schedule and benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and the ability to be a self-initiator who can supervise data-entry programs.
• High level of computer literacy and WMS system literacy.
• Some college preferred but not required; experience in warehouse supervision or wholesale industry acceptable.
• 2 years Quality Assurance/Production Supervisor experience in wholesale preferred.
• Certifications in SQF/HACCP/GMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QC operations for all shifts.
• Supervise warehouse products for QA.
• Prepare quality documentation and reports, analyze trends, and track recalls and corrective actions.
• Correspond with clients via email.
• Enforce plant quality standards.
• Manage and maintain quality inspection and release programs for materials.
• Monitor and develop HACCP program.
