• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Collect product samples and conduct routine quality checks throughout production to verify specifications.
• Perform physicochemical analyses and measurement testing (e.g., finished product weight, oxygen levels).
• Monitor CCPs, process control points, defects, foreign material controls, and packaging integrity per procedures.
• Maintain accurate quality control records including inspection results and deviations.
• Conduct GMP, Food Defense, hygiene and sanitation verification inspections to support Barcel USA quality standards.
• Support allergen control, color-coding compliance, cleaning validation, and prevention of cross-contamination.
• Assist with quality and food safety investigations and root cause analysis.
• Promote quality culture and report concerns or nonconforming conditions.
• Support 5S program; keep areas clean and organized.
• Comply with safety rules and help identify unsafe conditions.
• Support all quality shifts and other duties as assigned.
