Barcel USA LLC is seeking a Senior Production Operator to ensure efficient, safe operation of production equipment in our Coppell, TX facility. You will mentor junior operators, troubleshoot processes, and uphold strict quality and safety standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role requires 3+ years in food manufacturing, proficiency with processing equipment, and a solid understanding of GMP/HACCP.

Formación

• 3+ years in food manufacturing or processing.
• Proficiency in operating processing equipment.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage; follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Monitor critical process parameters and document results to ensure quality.
• Operate and monitor processing equipment per SOPs; perform basic troubleshooting.
• Train and mentor junior operators on machinery operation, safety, and troubleshooting.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and participate in shift handovers and communications.
