Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Operate mixers, ovens, fryers, and related production equipment per SOPs.
• Maintain production line efficiency and minimize waste.
• Monitor performance to meet quality specs and prevent issues.
• Assist with mixing operations and batch preparation.
• Complete production, quality, and operational documentation accurately.
• Maintain GMP, 5S and food safety compliance on the line.
• Cross-train and support other process-related positions as needed.
• Meet KPIs established for the production line.
