Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and SOPs.
• Proficient in basic math and documentation.
• Able to work in a team and lead by example.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Observe and enforce safety, PPE, and LOTO procedures to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
• Monitor critical process parameters to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Operate and troubleshoot processing equipment (mixers, ovens, fryers, stabilizers) per SOPs.
• Document production data, settings, and deviations; support 5S and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Supervisors; provide SME input during audits and training.
