Barcel USA LLC is seeking a Senior Production Operator to ensure efficient, safe operation of production equipment in the Coppell facility. The role involves mentoring junior operators, upholding GMP/HACCP and FDA standards, and coordinating with QA, maintenance and shift teams to meet rigorous quality targets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in food manufacturing, hands-on equipment experience (ovens, fryers, mixers), and a proven safety-conscious work ethic.

Formación

• 3+ years in food manufacturing or processing experience.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor processing equipment per SOPs.
• Train and mentor junior operators on machinery operation and safety.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement.
