Job summary

The Sterling Choice is seeking an experienced QA/QC professional to lead quality across active construction projects in DC. You will own QC plans, oversee inspections and testing, and partner with project teams to keep standards high.

This role is hands-on: you spot issues early, drive compliant documentation, and influence delivery without slowing progress. You have a background in civil or infrastructure QA/QC and understand cost, schedule, and client impact.

The role

You be leading quality across active projects managing QC plans, overseeing inspections and testing, and working closely with project teams to keep standards where they should be.

It hands-on. You1 spot issues early, deal with them properly, and take ownership of compliance and documentation without letting it slow delivery down.

Youve built your experience in construction QA/QC environments where quality isnt just a process its critical to how projects get delivered. You understand the impact it has on programme, cost, and client relationships, and you1e comfortable taking ownership in live environments.

• Proven background in construction QA/QC
• Experience across civil, infrastructure, or similar projects
• Confident working alongside project teams and holding standards
• Proactive you spot issues early and deal with them properly

This isnt about sitting back and reporting on problems. You1e expected to stay close to the work, challenge where needed, and influence how projects are delivered day-to-day.
