Qualifications

• Texas PE license or ABET-accredited engineering degree is required.
• 6+ years of construction quality management experience.
• 2+ years of structural concrete experience.
• 2+ years of structural backfill experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all quality control activities from project startup through completion.
• Manage inspections, audits, testing, and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, contracts, and project standards.
• Serve as the primary quality liaison with clients and project teams.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Identify issues early and drive effective corrective actions.
• Maintain the highest standards of workmanship, compliance, and project execution.
