Job summary

The Encompass Group in Kansas City is seeking a seasoned Quality Lead for our heavy civil projects. This is more than a project role—it’s an opportunity to build a quality program from the ground up and leave a lasting impact on a growing contractor.

You will lead project quality planning, inspections, testing, and documentation, and develop company-wide quality processes and standards. Collaborate with operations, field leadership, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction quality, QA/QC, or related experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and process development skills.
• Heavy civil, water/wastewater, or industrial construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities
