Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager in Texas to ensure project work conforms to contract specifications, owner requirements and applicable building codes. You will coordinate with trades, process daily reports of project progress, and help build a QC team that is open, transparent, and focused on excellence.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a construction or related discipline.
• 5-8+ years verifiable construction quality control and/or inspection experience.
• Strong communication skills to influence a broad range of stakeholders.
• Takes initiative and personal responsibility to deliver value and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the project team to implement contract drawings and specs.
• Collaborate with owner, design team, and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Lead the Three Phases of Control Quality Control Plan.
• Oversee submittal review and approval processes.
• Schedule and conduct quality control meetings and manage deficiencies.
• Coordinate third party testing and interface with Owner's representatives.
• Drive project closeout deliverables, training, and staff development.
