CesiumAstro is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Control to lead daily inspection activities and ensure aerospace parts meet engineering specs and customer requirements. You will direct QC staff, coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and QA, and drive corrective actions to maintain product conformity.

The role requires practical knowledge of inspection methods, nonconformance, and QMS systems, plus strong leadership and documentation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with related quality/control experience.
• Experience with inspection, nonconformance management, and product acceptance.
• Familiarity with GD&T, engineering drawings, and quality documentation.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and CAPA processes is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
• Assign inspection tasks and monitor workflow and deliverables.
• Review inspection results and quality records for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance teams.
• Prepare inspection summaries and status updates for management.
