Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Control to oversee daily inspection activities and ensure hardware meets engineering specs and aerospace quality standards. You will coordinate inspection priorities, review results, and guide QC personnel to maintain production efficiency.

The role requires experienced QC professionals with knowledge of inspection methods, nonconformance control, and QMS. Collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and QA is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with at least 4 years in quality control, manufacturing inspection, product acceptance, or nonconformance management.
• Proven leadership experience in an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities per schedules and quality requirements.
• Assign inspection tasks, coordinate personnel/resources, and monitor workflow and deliverables.
• Review inspection results, records, and QA documentation for accuracy and compliance.
