Job summary

Broadridge in El Dorado Hills, CA is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our insite team. You will review random samples of finished work against criteria to ensure the production process remains in control and delivers quality results.

Data from inspections is entered into a database for quality improvement efforts. As the final quality check before mail delivery, you will verify print quality, statement integrity, and postage accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• High level of attention to detail
• Read, write and understand the English language
• 1–3 years of related experience
• General familiarity with a computer including MS-Outlook
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort around higher management
• Ability to work under some pressure

Responsibilities

• Routine inspections to verify correctness and quality of jobs produced in area of responsibility, including but not limited to print quality, statement integrity, and accuracy of postage. Confirm the Production Operations process is in control.
• Communicates and escalates errors to production staff as necessary. Assist with recovery.
• Diligently enters data from inspection results into a dedicated database where applicable for every inspection performed.
• May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
