Qualifications

• Familiarity with USPS regulations, addressing standards, and postal documentation strongly desired.
• Must be proficient in reading and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all mailing projects.
• Inspect printed materials for errors and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor insertion and finishing processes.
• Complete quality control checklists and maintain inspection records.
• Suggest process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
