Medline Industries, LP is seeking a QC Inspector II to oversee quality projects at the distribution center. You'll investigate held goods, manage holds/releases, rework items, inspect materials, and document results to ensure product integrity and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities include utilizing SAP and Excel for reporting, performing final inspections, and contributing to continual improvement while adhering to GMP, GDP, ISO, and OSHA standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of quality control experience in a regulated industry setting.

Responsabilités

• Apply and remove holds in the system and Q-Tag.
• Assess and repackage inbound damaged goods.
• Communicate with divisional partners on disposition.
• Operate material handling equipment to manage inventory.
• Perform recall activities and pedigree verification.
• Maintain daily reports of held stock in SAP and Excel.
• Inspect outgoing/incoming materials and perform final inspections.
• Identify defects and initiate non-conforming material reports.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO, and company SOPs.
