Medline Industries, LP seeks a QC Inspector III to inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished medical products per company procedures. You will document results, disposition products, ensure inventory control, perform final inspections, and support line clearance and product release.

The role emphasizes compliance with GMP and GDP, adherence to safety regulations, and collaboration with QA and production teams across sites.

Formación

• At least 2 years of quality control experience in a regulated industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking English.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, ISO, or 21CFR 820, 210-211.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-process and final inspections and document results.
• Operate test equipment and take measurements per SOPs.
• Identify defects and issue non-conforming reports.
• Communicate results with QA and production teams.
• Verify line start-up and equipment needs.
• Support continuous improvement and recalls coordination.
• Read engineering and production docs including BOMs and ECNs.
• Maintain compliance with GMP/GDP and Medline SOPs.
• Maintain daily held stock reports using SAP/Excel.
• Back up QC Supervisor and coordinate across sites.
