Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a QC Inspector III to inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods (including medical products) under minimal supervision. You will document results, ensure product disposition, manage inventory, and support line clearance and product release with a focus on GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes prioritizing QC projects, maintaining daily reports, and mentoring newer staff while coordinating with QA, production, and management

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years quality control in a regulated industry setting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering instructions, BOMs, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final inspections per procedures and document results.
• Operate measurement tools (ruler, tape, scales) per SOPs.
• Identify defects and file non-conforming material reports as needed.
• Communicate inspection results with QA and production teams.
• Verify line start-up and equipment requirements per procedures.
• Lead stock checks and inventory rework; support recalls and reworks.
