Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a QC Inspector II for our California distribution center to oversee quality projects, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain product integrity through holds, rework, and inspections.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of quality control experience in a regulated setting; 2+ years preferred. Strong attention to detail and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of quality control experience in a regulated industry setting
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Attention to detail and ability to read labeling and lot information
• Basic math and ability to use computers to generate NCMRs and certificates
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience working with quality regs (GMP, GDP, ISO, 21CFR 820, 210-211)

Responsibilities

• Apply and remove holds in the system and Q-Tag
• Assess and repackage inbound damaged goods
• Communicate with partners to determine product disposition
• Operate material handling equipment to manage inventory
• Perform line clearance and final inspections
• Use SAP/Excel to maintain daily held stock reports
• Identify defects and initiate non-conforming material reports
• Support continual improvement and customer satisfaction efforts
