Medline Industries, LP seeks a QC Inspector II at a distribution center in the United States. Under minimal supervision, you will oversee quality projects, investigate held goods, manage holds/releases, and perform inspections of raw materials and finished products using various methods.

You will record results, ensure inventory control, complete rework tasks, maintain logs in SAP and Excel, and ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO, and 21 CFR 820.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of quality control experience in a regulated setting.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read English and understand labeling information.
• Experience with GMP/GDP/ISO or 21 CFR 820 standards is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Apply and remove holds in the system and Q-Tag.
• Assess and repackage inbound damaged goods.
• Communicate with divisional partners to determine product disposition.
• Maintain daily reports of held stock using SAP, Excel, and other systems.
• Perform in-process and final inspections; document inspection results.
• Identify defects and initiate non-conforming material reports (NCMRs).
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO, 21 CFR 820 and company regulations.
