Job summary

G&W Electric is seeking a Quality Control Inspector I to inspect components and finished products for conformance using basic measuring tools. The role involves training staff, performing internal audits, and ensuring ISO-aligned processes.

Ideal candidates will read drawings, operate measurement devices, and follow written instructions in English. 1–3 years in manufacturing preferred; HS diploma required. This is an on-site role in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/schematics/bills of materials.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word and Excel; ERP experience desirable.
• Able to use calipers, micrometers and Fluke multimeter.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection tasks on all switches and parts shipped.
• Train production personnel in effective process controls.
• Conduct internal process audits and report findings.
